These terms explain how VizMint works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you upload data, generate dashboards, and share insights. By using VizMint, you agree to the terms below.

1) Acceptable use

Upload only data you have rights to handle. No malicious code, no illegal content, and no attempts to bypass platform safeguards.

2) Data ownership

You own your uploaded files and generated dashboards. VizMint only processes them to deliver analytics and improve product performance.

3) Privacy + security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and periodic audits. Avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless you have proper consent.

4) Service continuity

We strive for high availability, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We’ll communicate scheduled downtime in advance when possible.

5) Fair use

Free plans include reasonable limits. Heavy or abusive usage (e.g., automated scraping or excessive concurrent jobs) may be throttled.

6) Payment + billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once processed.

7) Prohibited conduct

No reverse engineering, reselling the service without consent, or misrepresenting VizMint outputs as human-generated without context.

8) Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated effective date.
